Yamaha 100 twin or similar carb setup no longer wanted
« on: March 16, 2011, 02:25:23 pm »
I'm on the hunt for a pair of carbs from a small 2 smoke twin for a project on the go. Even a pair of small carbs not from a twin would do so long as they are the same deal ;)  from 19mm to about 22mm should fit the bill..or fit the manifold in this instance ;D Cheers

oops, sorry Freaky..something I forgot to mention..they need to be spigot mount ala the picture below.. I have 1 from an old suzuki rotary valve steppy that will be perfect so I might try hunting up another of those :) nice little setup eh..this pictured from a Hoddy 100 from early 1968 8) dunno if it'll work or not but I'm going to give it a whirl for the heck of it :D

:D at least I should be able to remember where it came from Mario..mysteriously I just turned up another zook 70cc engine I don't really remember much about but it's a weird thang..rotary valve but the carb runs externally parallel to the cylinder i.e. it faces to the front of the bike not the rear :-\..stocktake coming up this winter ::)

I may not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.
