After soaking in Penetrene for a couple of days I managed to get 2 out (diagonally opposed for what it's worth) but the other 2 wont budge. Any ideas / advice most welcome. Cheers Jerry

Yes worth rost off is the can of choice for the stuck nut person. Try some heat but if your unsure pay someone to do it. Good guys make it look easy and it's worth every cent.

What are you using to turn them with?
2 nuts locked together or a stud tool?
A bit of heat on the barrel will cause the barrel to expand more than the stud which should make it easier to come out.

stud removal tool is the go jerry as they bite in eccentric cam style the more pressure you apply the tighter they grip, but like gmc said get some heat onto it first, alloy expands faster than steel
