Thanks Darren. I think the host club has everything covered but if you can spare an hour or two on the Saturday that would be great. Or on Sunday just come along and spectate, waive a flag, take some photos or whatever.
Cheers
Shaun

What's the go with licences in NSW now days, are interstate ones usable? Do we need ambo coverage, that kind of stuff.
Raced at the first couple of CRC's years ago, just can't remember what the hell went on back then ::)

G'day Mr Turtle

Just waiting to confirm a couple of details with the host club and then I will be sending entry forms out to our mailing list. Memberships will be sorted when you register for our race series.

Address for Dargle is River Road, Lower Portland. Here is the map from their website http://www.dargle.com.au/maps.htm

and here is the whereis map  http://www.whereis.com/nsw/lower-portland/river-rd

This will be a good venue for the Maico as it is located in a valley. Plenty of hills to get the big girl rolling down for the obligatory clutch start  ;D ;D ;D Can we expect to see any of your Novocastrian partners in crime joining us as well?

Cheers
Shaun

Shaun,
Thinking about coming down for the day if I can get a leave pass. Any idea on what time it will kick off on Sunday as I would drive down on Sunday morning? I haven't ridden at Dargle since the mid 90's but last time I was there, it was a blast. Do you know yet how the classes will be structured?
Cheers
Dan

G'day Dan

As it is early days for our club and we are a guest of the host club there will only be one all in race for Pre '90 bikes. I will separate the class point scores from within that race. The club usually runs 4 rounds of racing so we should enjoy plenty of track time.

Being the first event it is hard to say if we will have an over subscribed grid however at this stage I have received expressions of interest from around twenty riders so we are getting to half full. This is why I've got to stress that it will be a first come first served basis for entries.

I'll put you on the list as a definite maybe mate  ;D

Cheers
Shaun

That is just lovely Shaun, may I say tho I only had to clutch the 490 once on the weekend (and no It did not break down for the day after that):P Am i on the mailing list as have not been to a meeting but would like to be and I would hope that there would be a few Novacastrians coming along, 20 bikes is a good start though, ya gotta be happy at that in the early stages

Give usa ring at work Dan, its impossible to keep up with your mobile ph #s, though you change jobs more than ph no.s What about ya mate up the road (Paul) about time he got one of his show ponies dirty instaed of sticking them in magazines

Ricki may be keen if his licence ever comes thru
