PE25oN steering stem

Just confirmation, from previous posts, that the steering stem (tube) is just pressed into the lower clamp on the PE.
I need to remove the stem so it can be modified for a new top bearing.

Yes it is just pressed in…

But there is no need to remove it, just find somebody with a bigger lathe and machine it in situ.
