Customer of mine found this 33M rotting away in a California junkyard.

Good find for some one hey Jared. He the owner restoring it?

The factory promo shot has red frame and red c/cases. The 'junk yard find' appears pretty original but no apparent red frame ect. Just another case of early promo shot outstripping the production floor. Or a bout of conservatism between promo shot and production.

Yes, it is being restored as we speak.
I have only seen four of this model, two had red frames and I know one of them was unrestored.  The other two
were roller bikes and one had a silver frame, the other black.  The 33M Cappra was sanwiched in between the LaCross
and Cappra 250GP (53M)  and was only out for maybe 6-8 months.

The 33M in this photo is from Italy.

Probably the same bike Jared. It looks like the site of an Italian collector here

I forgot about Osculati's 33M.  Big time Italian collector.  Very nice fellow.
number plates are incorrect.  (sorry, I can't help it!)

Well to be picky, the front number plate should be fiberglass.
The side plates are the wrong shade of green.
The original colour was a odd metallic green.
