Anyone know this guy?
« on: December 17, 2010, 09:22:45 am »
Does anyone know the person who goes by the name Acemoto on ebay (USA resident)? I have had numerous emails fom this pompous stooge about my Ossa listing on ebay. It seems HE is offended by the price it's up to even though it's still a way from the reserve. His emails have degraded from big noting himself as an Ossa officiando who just knows it's not right, to personal insults bordering on harrassment. I have to told him as politely as I can to PISS OFF and leave me alone, but the emails keep coming. God help me if the bike actually makes the reserve and sells! If any of you know him and he's a buddy of yours, please on my behalf, ask him to get a life or kill himself.

Thanks, but he's just really wound me up and for what reason I have no idea, and my fuse is fairly long. He tells me he has 15 mint Ossa's in his collection, all better than mine, some rarer and worth heaps more, yet even those bikes could only command up US $2500 and not a cent more. He's entitled to his opinion for sure, but why needle me about something that doesn't concern him. I guess he must be really bored with his life at the moment, or is just the king of the wankers.

Michael, the dickweed probably doesn't even realise you're in Australia where our economy isn't in freefall and the bike market expectations accordingly are much higher. That's why so many are buying bikes from the USA, cashing in on the low prices ::).

I had a similar idiot respond to an ad placed on the www.vft.org flat track site trying to identify a frame I'd bought. This tosser felt he needed to send me an email explaining that he was pissed off seeing good bits of American racing history leaving his beloved country. When I nicely explained that if I hadn't rescued the rusty piece of shit from the recyclers where it was found, it'd now be a Chinese made refrigerator he got all abusive, calling me a smart arse. Thankfully, 99.9% of Americans I've dealt with have been incredibly courteous.

Gee Mike, you would think the bloke would be over the moon about the current price!!

Some blokes are just not with it at all. Specially being a Sepo and the land of "free trade"

Why not start offering this plank $2500.00 for his mint OSSA's, might shut him up
I'm impressed that you've told him "politely" to but out. You've a lot more tolerance than me

by numbers alone the USA has 310 Million population.

Lets say 1 % are into bikes that's 3.1 million,
of those 1 % are into VMX that's 310,000,
of those septics lets say 0.5% are dickwinders
that's still 15,500 forksticks trolling ebay and old bike forums.

In Oz 22 million

same percentages

1 % are into bikes that's 220,000
of those 1 % are into VMX that's 2,200,
of those lets say 0.5% are dickwinders
that's only 11 idiots trolling ebay and old bike forums.

therefore its Ross,  me and 9 others , you know who you are !

I have suggested he list his bikes cheaper while mine is still running, or he could sell them to me for $1500 to $2500, but he "doesn't need" the money. It seems he just needs to harrass me! No emails for nearly 4 hours now, maybe he has indeed committed suicide, but more likely he's annoying someone else.
