A good mate of mine is doing a solo road trip between xmas and new years From Melbourne to Brisbane to pick up some bikes and then from Bris to Adelaide to pick up a couple more.
He is heading up empty and will have room for up to 5 bikes for the Melb-Syd-Brisbane leg and 2 bikes for the Brisbane-Adelaide leg, possibly 1 bike from Adelaide to Melb
He said he will charge approx $150 per bike per trip but the price will vary depending on easy / hard you make it for him(IE drop the bikes off at his House in Essendon and it will save you!!)
Its a very cheap way to send a bike so get in quick, Transport is by Van (2 bikes) with and open trailer (3 bikes), the guy thats doing it knows what he's doing and will make sure they are safe and secure however he is not running a buisness so there is no insurance
