What to take to the Races
« on: January 20, 2008, 11:10:16 am »
With CD5, the Nats and a full season of racing coming up, I reckon this checklist is essential for those of us who always leave that special tool or forget to buy the oil before a races. Thanks to our mate Siege in Seattle. http://www.siegecraftnw.com/CJsChecklist.htm

Jump suit is what some yanks call overalls and a sharpie is what we call a texta or artline marker pen

I've got to agree too. I posted it without reading too much into it. No Esky and piss is a major oversight. Too many tools as well.

Here's a Lozza's Law of Inverse proportions.Which is kind of like Murphy's Law....
1)ONLY 20cent parts ever fail and cause $1000's of damage to irreplaceable engines.
2)If you cart spare components/tools to a meeting you ensure your never going to need them.
3) The thing you leave in the shed "Saying well I just replaced the (insert irreplaceable part) with a brand new one I'll won't need that or the(specialised tool for installation)..." ensures that part will fail upon start up neatly closing the loop to rule 1 ;D ;D ;D
