35mm Marzocchi Fork Springs - Heavy
« on: November 14, 2010, 05:25:40 pm »
I need a set of heavy fork springs for a set of 35mm Marzocchi leading axle forks.
The springs I have are brand new but must be built for little, weedy European riders.  Not 90kg supermen like me........   8)
Trouble is that I've got no idea what rate they are.

Happy to swap my girly springs if yours are too heavy.

I imagine ones for motocross would be heavier, so maybe I could make a set out of a Husky or something similar work??

Still looking for a cheapo set of rebuildable, 340mm shocks for the Montesa too.

Ta.

Why don't you grab your fork springs and wander down to visit Walter. He should be able to measure the rate of the springs you have and offer some super springs. It will also save a lot of time and wasted $$$$.
WANTED. Canams;all models,complete or parts.SWM stuff too!

Oh, ooops, sorry. I don't know the rules yet I suppose. :-[ I would have thought talking to someone who knows a bit more about sorting the problem and having the bits as well is more efficient. Not so much of a challenge but life is short.....
