Yep it sure is. I had one of them for a little while. Looks like they've fitted later model side panels and fork protectors.
Can't tell you 100% about the muffler (mine had an Answer muffler on it), but it doesn't look standard to me. If you were restoring it, you'd probably opt for a nice FMF or Pro Circuit system anyway.
My tip? Check the subframe for cracks... mine broke where the muffler bolts on during a race, causing the muffler to fall into the wheel and destroy 1/2 of the spokes!
