73 CR250 footpegs
« on: November 03, 2010, 06:37:05 pm »
Some advice needed from those who have been there before.

Was looking for wider footpegs for the 73 cr -- read a previous thread here and saw a peg that looked good http://hva-factory.com/husqvarna-foot-rests-large-p-32.html so sent them an email and they said yes would fit so sent the money and the postage.
Pegs arrived today -- wrong -- do not fit  :'(

Have photo's but do not know how to insert -- where are the instructions for that?

Hey Mike, send me the photo's if you can. I might be able to use them. All your stuff is right to collect.
Cheers,
K

Ok K -- will organise a time to get to your place to pick up and will bring the pegs -- the UK people I purchassed from are being helpful but at the same time are saying they should fit -- but no way. Will have to get the original pegs from Lee and get some 'photos, but I expect they will be the same as the pegs on the frame I will pick up from you.

As an old man said "all times wasted wot's not spent lookin for old parts" (he was probably a lonely old sod but you get the karma state of mind I'm in about delay when it comes to old bikes ;D )
