Administration is not liquidation.
Liquidation is what happens if the administrators can't bail the company out, and it goes bankrupt (in very simplified terms!).
The article makes it sound like they've called the administrators in very early - for whatever reasons - which greatly improves the odds of the business surviving.
Exactly right Nathan, Administration is not Liquidation, this also represents a great oportunity for a merger or takeover from a company that has better marketing and administraion skills, using competitive pricing stategies.
