I have watched the bells the magnums sell for a bit up to $500 for a very nice one but no point other than display you cant use anything that isn't new in helmets if it has been dropped even once it could be buggered not as safe as new ones and the foam will be falling out everywhere.

I got my old marushin for $0 which I was pretty happy with so will see if I can get it redone internally don't know if any one could do it.

All this shows to me is that the helmet manufacturers are missing a rather lucrative market for 'normal' helmets that look good.

Yeah well you are right there you can't get many new helmets with out stickers and crap all over them I have a nice plain black road helmet but I wanted a nice plain black full face dirt helmet ended up finding one without to many stickers on it but plain is best. :)

I've still got my Bell Moto star with out a mark on it, complete with the bell embossed duckbill peak and the box it came in.....
