My Dad loved harleys.
All the cops had em back then and if you had a Velo or some other english bike you could have a lot of fun on a saturday night. ;D

I don't know how true it is but apparently in the 40's & 50's they made L/H throttle Harleys & Indians for the Police so they could still shoot right handed.
Anybody know if this is fair dinkum or just another Harley myth?
If someone gave me one or I had more money than sense, I'd probably have one.

I think this is true of most Harley owners. Trouble is that most of them have more money than sense when they've got $3.25 in loose change and a half-eaten Snickers bar.

I personally love the deuce shape....A mate of mine has just fitted a fixed rear guard and single seat to his rocker C...Man it looks like a wide ass deuce.
