Arizona Mike Vintage bikes.
« on: October 18, 2010, 10:30:37 am »

Hello Gents,

just a quicky if i may?  Has anyone dealt with Arizona Mike Vintage bikes?  How did you find him?  Have one of my mates trying to buy off him, but he was being evasive with info and when pressed "sold" the bike in question.

Thanks for your advice,
Kt

I live but a few miles from "Arizona Mike" but have never had any dealings with him.
I have been told that he is on the up and up from the locals, although much of his
stuff is way overpriced in my opinion.  Can't say about his international dealings.

thanks Freaky, sound advice.  I apparently have inspired me ol' mate to ride an old bike again, i put him onto the website for a look to inspire him, now he feels burned!
Half the fun is in the researching/looking/wanting!

His eBay parts are outrageously priced in my opinion. I have never bid on any of the Husky  stuff he has put up for sale....just too expensive for what it was. Guess he's got to make a living somehow  ::)

I guess it depends if he has something you really want.  I could cop his price, but his willingness to supply info. in a timely fashion is infortunately SLACK, i guess he just wants the easy stuff.
