Its definitely a 2Valve Freaky and well done.
I hope the price was right, you'll have a ball, its easy.
Just hold it flat, drop the clutch and turn left, that's all you need to know.
Oh yeah, HANG ON.

The best advice I can give you on the engine is to make sure the lexen cover on the top of the pilgram oil pump is clear and you can see the oil being pumped out of both tubes, one feeds the top end and the other the bottom, if they're not pumpin shut it down.

Nice Jawa Freaky.
I too had a 2 valve for a short time. When I got it I had no idea how to ride it so a mate of mine Danny Kennedy (RIP) offered to set it up properly for me and show me how to ride it out at his track at his dads place. So he told me to meet him out there at 2pm and then we would head off to Avalon for my first race meet. When I arrived at the farm Danny came out of his shed with two other guys and he intrduced them as Peter and Michael and said go down to the track and get the feel of the bike and they would be down soon. I unloaded and proceeded to wobble around quite slowly and noticed the guys had come down and were sitting on the bonnet of their ute watching and laughing at me making a fool of myself. Anyway Danny pulled me up and jumped on my bike (no helmet, T shirt and work boots) and proceeded flat out feet up for a few laps. When he came in he said he and his two mates PETER COLLINS (the previous years world champ) and MICHAEL LEE ( the current world champ) would also be riding tonght at Avalon in Poms verses the Aussies test match. How stupid do you think I felt ;)

It was a very short career Hoony, I hit the fence at Avalon while leading and wrecked my bike. Then at my next meeting at the dog track in Ballarat I had to throw my bike down to avoid a fallen rider and broke my foot. Then at a short circuit at the Hamilton speedway a young guy got run over and killed by the water truck in practice so they cancelled the meeting and I sold my bikes.

The first time I rode my 2 valve Jawa, I ended up with a tender spot & a bruise on the inside of my right knee from the bolt that attaches the oil feed tube to the cylinder head. When I asked about it, I was told that it is a fairly common thing and referred to as a "two-ey bruise".

YEs im thining i really should  be sending it to someone that knows these things, im 4 stoke ignorant, and my first thought was just that if i cant see the oil passing, then im fuc.  or worse if i dont pull it down and check the galleries who knows if its pumping anyting to anywhere.  Any one got a copy of a manual, sets etcetc.  happy to photocopy and post back .

im not fussed about riding it, more fussed about blowing it up....

In the end i decided to go the 2 valve, due to fact if i find a grass track frame i could also use it for DT NAts etc, plus the ealry stuff gets to do the "show fillers" so you get free entry to the royal show, speedway moderns, touring bike shows etc..... :O)

PLus i figure if it not my thing the 2 valve seem to have levelled out in price and would be heading the other way to a collector, where as the 4 vlaves and more so the laydowns are fetching nothing on resale.

I just need to get some books and a line on parts and i reckon i should be able to potter around on it for a few years yet.

Any help appriciates, as i have no idea on how to set one up or how to keep one going as yet........
