Answer handle bars

picked up a couple of projects and they both had these bars fitted, i was wondering if they where worth cleaning up and using or put them on the wall as 80's memories :-\
both sets are straight

The delapidated stickers are worth more than the bars. Leave as is. Once you clean and paint them, well, you have a clean painted set of bars of no signifigance.
