Just dropping a line to say hi.

I've been into bike restorations for over 20 years, some motor cross bikes, but most are road bikes.

I do have many pictures of some very different bikes that my mate has done (we restore some bikes together) and I'm currently restoring a 1982 JR50 for my son for his birthday.

Look forward to getting to know people on here.

This is my mates custom XL250. He does all my painting on the bikes that I play with.

This is what I pretty much started with on my son's JR50.

Why is when you order parts you can wait for weeks and then they all come in at once? I had to take a picture.

This is where it got up to while I was waiting for the new tank and carby to arrive (back order).

I had it running only for a short period before the big end bearing let go. I heard the engine struggle and start to squeak so I shut it down.

Just one of those things. Waiting for the shop to press in the new conrod, bearing and pin into crank shaft and it all can back together.

I can explain. I was mucking around with my wife talking it up having some fun saying I was a stud and she said more like a studricho. When I asked her she said that I'm good looking, but my farts stink. I tried using my nickname dos as a user name the first time I register for anything online, but it was taken so I typed in studricho.

I know, the spelling isn't the best.

I actually have about 11 or 12 hondas and one Kawasaki.
