Whats this seat off?

I need to know what this seats off an its value as i would like to sell it. It has a metal base an the cover seems okay but i have no idea what its off. lets work out what it is before we work out a price  :D cheers jimson.

Most definately '75-'78 Husqvarna. I have 2 with bikes under them. Could use a spare, how much?
