And it gets worse, ####*** if thats possible.  I could have bought a 360a at the same time for $350.00 but I went for the new MX400 instead,  O if only I had a crystal ball.  HL

Yes, I understand the US got white ones before the grey ones came out. Can anyone confirm that?

Hell that 250A cheaper than what you can get for a rough B on Aussie Ebay.

Probably says something about the US economy, the good stuff is coming out.  ;D

I didn't know that.

I think I prefer the white/red - more racey 8), and more 'Yamaha' - I would prefer the genuine OW look even more 8).

NOpe as DC says all "A" where Silver, same as the DT2MX it was based on, white never came out till the 76' ranges.

This guy has just repainted it white when he restored it, there are black ones and yellow ones painted up in the states that i know of, some also fitted with the chequered 125 logo "B" tanks,
they look good to for somthing differant.  if i had a shit tank to respay id have a crack at another colour too.

Hey Graeme, speaking of early YZ's are you still wanting to build that replica of the Torsten Hallmand YZ763 works bike? You were toying with the idea a couple of years ago and since then we haven't heard anything. The reason I ask, I promised you one of my spare frames but I discovered it was rusted out so the deal fell apart. I've got another DT1(actually it's a DT2 but they're same.) frame I'm getting rid of that another forum member will take if nobody else wants it so I'll throw it at you first .....are you still going ahead with the project and if so do you want my frame?
