something like "get over" it was the first time i ever raced on a sidecar i was shiting as it was the 2nd time i had ever been on one (the first time was in his front yard of 1/2 acre block in Cheltenhan for 15 mins 3 days before) Monza was slush city.

Bernard went on to win the 1984 Aussie title with Rob Duke and then went to Europe to do the Sidecar GP's in 1987 ( i think Walter was doing same that year as i Rode with Rob Duke in the chair in Vic and SA when Bernard went O/S as i cannot remember racing against Walter in that period)

i was probably racing that day main thing i remember about sidecars is i always seemed to be in the race after them and there was always some tool at the back of the field who forked up and we had to wait on the line for ages while he got it back to the pits  ;D

it ran last time i started it  ;D
