Local bike shop?

The '96~97 KTMs will be relatively difficult to get bits for, as they were a colour that lasted only two years and they were before KTM hit the big time.

The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.

http://www.ktmklassiker.com/

These guys may be able to help

other wise Boltons KTM here
http://www.boltonmotorcycles.com/

Be prepared for a heart attack when they give you the price though.

Other option, if your on a buget and dont mind a less than perfect fit is to send your old bits to DC plastics in USA and they will vacume form some new ones.

Boltons will be able to get them for you.  Or any other KTM dealer for that matter.  They come in orange or white.  I ordered some about 3-4 years ago for the 95-97 two stroke (Fit ATK's) they had some in stock and some they had to get in from Austria.  ATK now sells white rear gausrds and side covers that will fit the 2 bangers for less than KTM sell them for.  But if it's the LC4 400 the rear gaurd is different to the 2 strokes.

Bolton's told me that KTM Austria wasn't getting any more and just selling what it had in stock.

The plastics are made by Acerbis and the fact that ATK are still getting and selling the side covers and rear gaurds probably means that they are getting Acerbis to still make them for them on order.

I don't know where your located.  But Team moto in Moss st Slacks creek in Qld has a set of radiator shrouds reduced to $20 and a pair of sidecovers for $99 both to fit 95-97 Ktm 400-620.
Made by UFO so most shops would still be able to order them in.
