Francis Barnett or James frame
« on: June 28, 2010, 06:02:58 pm »
I now have a choice of Villiers 7E, 1H, and AMC250(197, 225 and 250) engines for my pre60 VMXr project.  All (hah!) I need is most of a rolling chassis for any of the above motors from the 50s.  Any cycle bits out there in your shed or others that you know about & aren't using?
ps don't know if I'll use the AMC, the wierd head and piston design, plus the fact that it weighs about 300 lbs, and that's just the engine, may put me off.
