I would like to know and another fellow rider from western Australia would also like to know if pre78 bikes will be following the pre 75 Movement. or are they going with the later model bikes. And we feel that they should stay with the pre75. (Aust title level) We need a firm answer please.

no one on this forum can answer for M.A.
2011 rules for aust champs should be the same as 2010.unles you and your club officialy lodged a change for pre78
and has been accepted.as stated on this forum the 2011 nats lodgement for running will close soon.
you have to get the rule book changed

Nobody knows Dave......If you want pre '78 in with the pre '75 send a well structured and articulate submission via your club   mapping out the reasons you think a pre '78 spit is the go to MA. If you'd concentrated on the previous thread you'd know where it stands.

Hows Robbie going with OW26? Per is looking forward to reuniting with it. He almost won the 1975 Mr Motocross on it.

Hi David,
We are waiting for submissions from the states to do with all the proposals that were made by the MA commisssion a couple of months back. Nothing is etched in stone but if there is no submissions/comments to do with any of the proposals made, then I would say that the MA Commission will have the final say.
So it is very important that anyone wanting to comment on any of the proposals must do so through there club or state body very soon.

Cheers
Fatboy

the correct process is to lobby your LCB committee, however any stake holder can make a comment or submission. Correctly though you should ensure that your state responds first and foremost as they represent you. The commission will take all views into consideration and in this case supply an extensive rationale as to the decision it takes whatever it will be. That way the riders will get an understanding of not only how the commission works but how and why the decision was arrived at.
