I've got an RT340 Rokon I leave at my ex's place in California. I've owned it since 1984 so probably should bring it home to Daddy if she hasn't sold it on me. I loved riding the bloody thing despite having to stop and adjust the tensioners in the trans every 10 miles or so in a trail ride. They're weird things to ride with an even more lethal neutral freewheel than the Husky. Those disc brakes were there for a very important reason. Going downhill on a Rokon (or a Husky Auto to a lesser degree) is an experience not for the timid. The rope pull start is something I never quite got used to.
I remember Don Kudalski racing the 'works' Rokons in the mid to late seventies. He was a pretty good handler and the bikes he rode were damn fast, especially on the big 'Grand Prix' style enclosed desert style tracks like Corona and Elsinore. He never won much but he surprised most of us at the time with consistant mid pack finishes, often with big names behind him. I especially remember the sound and whine of the trans...you could pick in the middle of a noisy pack.

Come on Dave, you know very that Rokons are no lightweights. I'm certain you've seen and most probably ridden Drakeys Rokon at some time.
