YZ125G with some 38mm forks, or RM125T.
The CR-RA has a lot to recommend it, but they're remarkably rare.

and the kind of power it puts out stock would be perfect for dirt track.
a bit lower in the saddle than the G model too.

No. But you would have to have an aircooled top end, instead of that water kettle  .
