what is the best evo 125
« on: May 31, 2010, 07:29:33 am »
might have to cull my stock and looking to replace 2 bikes with 1 will be used on dirt track only
and may be replace 6 bikes with 3 125 will be the start

YZ125G with some 38mm forks, or RM125T.
The CR-RA has a lot to recommend it, but they're remarkably rare.

Mainlines YZ125F is a beaut bike too!
and the kind of power it puts out stock would be perfect for dirt track.
a bit lower in the saddle than the G model too.

The 81 KTM 125 is a rocket. The fastest 125 by a good margin.
Very tall thou and Iv'e only seen two. 
Current bikes. KTM MC 250 77 Husky CR 360 77, Husky 82 420 Auto Bitsa XR 200 project. Dont need a pickle just need to ride my motorcickle

The best 125 that l haved own was the SWM MC 125 1979 MODEL, it was very quick, and a lovely bike to ride.

Also rare and prone to broken engine cases.

No. But you would have to have an aircooled top end, instead of that water kettle  ;).
