got a message from epay power's to be for the last feed back i left for a usa seller that sent me a backing plate in "good condition" with excessive wear on the brake cam pivet,it had worn through the brass bush and shouldnt have been sold which i pointed out to the seller,after several emails they wanted me to send it back for a refund which would cost more than the refund so i left these c#nts some nice feed back with the last part of it saying "what are doing selling shite".i didnt know that " shite" was even a word in the english dictionary ???aparently were not allowed to leave or email any swear words at all,funny how they pick on the victim and the bad seller's get off scott free,forking guttless c#nts i say and just want poeples hard eared $$$

I bought a NOS pipe on ebay for a TC100, it arrived from the USA a couple of weeks ago, it turned out to be a rust pitted, dented, repainted crap pipe , the only part that was NOS was the stinger that was for a TM75 , I contacted the seller who told me to send it back, I asked was he going to pay the return shipping cost ($100) for his stuff up as I had already spent $180, his reply was to dump the pipe and he would send another NOS pipe that had just arrived at the shop , still had to contact the seller to ask had the pipe been sent yet? to which his reply was, didn't you get my email saying that the pipe was sent, NO WAS THE REPLY, I think they must have blind dickheads working for them, they have had 4 neg feedbacks in the last month alone, never had a problem with the seller in the past, I will be giving neg feedback as well if the pipe does not turn up soon

Always gets me that NEG FEEDBACK is like a 9mm held to your head or some sort of catastrophic deed against humanity, its just Bullshit!

It is good to see that eBay now have that "Buyer Protection" which covers purchase price and original shipping, might be worth while looking into that.

Exactly Darren! Of course we all dive in, I rarely look at seller feedback myself.

You should have been aware that Americans are sensitive to 'foul language' and eBays automatic search would have easily picked up the 'shite' derivation of shit. You can really slam these dodgy sellers without breaking eBay rules. Wording it "what you are doing is selling sub standard, wrongly listed trash" would have had more impact and would have passed eBays censor program.
 
I was once knocked back after giving the seller a good feedback. In a feeble attempt at humour I called him "Gods right hand man" but eBay rejected the feedback for blasphemy. I changed God to a lower case god and it got through! Strange.

i liked your answer the best Firko and will use it next time if needed,the up side of the worn bush was i able to bore and rebush the backing plate at the fitting and turning "homer corse" at tafe tonight,the teacher likes when you bring in jobs to do as it demonstates to younger students that with a few skills on a lathe and milling machine you can achive a lot and the trade isnt as boring as they think it is
