need a pair of fork legs or lowers for a Suzuki GT250N-Z '79-'82

Not exactly vmx yet but they will be if I can get my hands on a pair  ;)

I need GT250 Suzuki 33mm fork lowers or complete fork both left and right.

33mm means they have to be from a '79-'82  model. Hardchrome condition is unimportant.

email me at [email protected] or message me here..I'm away from the phone often and still live in the 70's when mobile phones were not an issue ;)

mmmm  :-\ okay scrap those forks, (I have found others that fit ;D) how about a GT250 or 380 master cylinder ?? I've got one but the reservoir is not a happy camper and pretty broken up. Would anyone have one of these critters they wish to part with?

As for a front end on your GT250X7 I can recommend the twin disk setup from the 82 GSX400 (four cylinder) using the 18" wheel from the GT.

mmm thanks cyclegod..I did have a look at the fleabay res but I'm sure I can find a complete m/cylinder assy locally for much the same or less $. The forks I only need the lowers to suit 33mm inners. The X7 or GT250N-Z was the only road model around this era with that size fork tube.(I think) If not I can switch to 30mm early GT185 forks but then the wheel I have to use weighs a lot more than the wheel I plan to run. This is for a dirt track project, unsure if I'll follow through with until I know it could work. If I can get cheapy bits, enough to try things, then I can go silly later and refurbish anything thats fugly.  :)

Hi Doc, I've got a GT185 here, been stacked and I've pretty much gutted it, but the forks are still here. Chrome is knackered though. I think it's about a 74 model, but not sure. Disc brake anyway. Also have the caliper, but no master cylinder. I still have the 17" front rim here too. You're welcome to come and take the lot away if ya want it.

mmmm..thanks Kel but I specifiacally wanted the GT250 lowers due to the 33mm dia inners I have. I've changed my mind with this project now and it's been fitted with TS100 19inch drum brake wheel and all seems good. Thanks anyway  ;)
