What a great days riding!

I finished every race in a better position than I expected and stayed upright all day to boot!

I didn't fall off the rock face when climbing with Vandy and even beat my old fear of heights gremlin by reaching the top of the cliff!

AND, ask Vandy about the two first place medals he took home!

Cheers

I had a great day.  The track was a bit tight in the new section, but added variety.  Took home a third place and found out today, a broken rib as well.  Silly old bugger!!  Great timing for CD7.  Still going though.

Alison,
i just happen to be the RIGHT age for medals ;D
Brent did pretty good too, both on the bike and on the rock.
as for Steve's shoulder, not too sure Darcy but i was right behind him when he got hit and it looked like he took a pretty hard blow.
very lucky it wasn't his head, it was real close.
not good about the rib Mike.
see you all at CD7 soon......
