Rough IT425 with some acked seat foam and an early Full Floater rear end jammed in. (Where's the 'vomit' emoticon?).
I'm no Suzuki guru, but the swingarm doesn't look familiar - unless its from a relatively late (and very rare in Australia) RM100? AFAIK, all of the early Floaters with alloy swing arms had webs on the top.
$2000 is super optimisitc! The 425 isn't particularly loved, so even a nice one would struggle to reach that price - and this is a crappy one even before it was molested.
