It is a 465G, but with later suspension grafted in somehow.

Nice bike. Should be worth at least a carton................... of West End.................  :P

You sure it's a 465 frame, I thought they had a single front downtube, with a side port exhaust.
It looks like he has jamed the motor into something else and turned the header pipe into an "S" bend to fit.
