YZ400E Fork Oil - Help

Can someone please tell me how much fork oil is required in a YZ400E when replacing seals???

take the springs out.depress the fork tubes fill till 150mm from top of fork tube pull out tube insert spring put top on

I reckon jims on the money, question is what weight you using, if its anything like my 125E, i reckon maybe 20.

MOTOXFOX race guide says 283cc for the D - E should be the same ,only has different sliders.

I run between 120mm - 140mm from the top on my YZ 250 which has the same forks depending on the track. Closer to the top the firmer they become as they compress. 150mm might be a bit soft if you dont run air in them, I dont, but OK depending on what pressure you run. I use 10w oil, personal prefference only.
