I've been selling the 1980 DVD over past six months, and it has just about run its course. But, a few people have been asking if I had any other stuff. There was but one. Some of you may recall it ... Pelle's 1978 Aussie Titles. (Two jpegs below) It came out some two years ago, and is long gone. Reason I'm blogging this info, is to ascertain if enough people need the 1978 one for me to go back to DVD shop and reprint?
Footnote: I sell them for $25 inc postage at which, with short print runs (circa 50) and the cost of converting super-8 to DVD, it is a non-profit exercise. My one intention has ever been that I wanted to get this footage out of my dark cupboard ... and into the VMX community where it belongs.
Disclosure: I have another reel of super-8 in the cupboard. Dinsdale and Gary Flood racing 250 Vic titles at Deavon Meadows, 1978. It's not as interesting as the above two that made it to DVD. Also, you wouldn't get full value for money, as Ronnie the bastard was only on back wheel most of the time.
