CR125M1 gearing

Anyone have some thoughts on the best gearing for 1975 CR125M1 for motocross? My sprocket catalogue says std gearing is 14/53 although most I've seen seem to run a 49 rear.

What chain are you going to run? 428 or 520. I run 428 & replace regualy.

I used to run 51/13 on my m2. But there is a lot of me to carry on a 125 ::)
