Walter, no. That orange 142S is in better condition and is mechanically and dynamically superior, for literally 1% of the price of any 1800 worth piddling on. Sure a P18 is prettier, but its not $20k prettier!

Getting the best parts he is going to be making a bike from scratch good choice of start with the handle bars. :)
