KX, Huh?
« on: December 06, 2007, 07:58:12 pm »
I am in the Australian NSW VMX club space.  The question I have been asking myself so much lately, is where are all the KX bikes in the grid?
Are they all dead,  or does somebody have them stashed away?

Yep there a bit rare  :o
1979 KX 250 A5  X 2
1979 KX 125 A5
1978 KX 250 A4
1974 KX 125 A
They are nice to own but parts can be a problem  ::) Luckily Nightmare racing supply superb plastics that i consider ( in my humble opinion) to be the bench mark for all other repro plastic manufacturers :)

kxs rule in qld we have 5 kx500s in pre 85 open and a few 250s in pre 85 250 class sometimes more green than the old days although i have not seen 211 kwakas much this year .We have to go out there to stop the red team who are trying to take over (world domination) the only thing helping our cause is there clutch and waterpump corrosion ;D remember green means go red means stop :D

The red ones stop the green ones! Not many green bikes left out there 'cause when the rider crashed in the grass they weren't able to find the bike again  :D I suspect the slasher would eventually have found it though  :P

G'day Hoony, I've been down in that strange place south of the border this last week loading my Christmas bag with someting beginning with M and ending with N. They're red, pretty and fast. I even saw with my own little eye's a couple of green thingies that had SR written on them. I reckon one of them has holeshot buddies name written AAAALLL over it. There was a 450 KX there too Rusty.
