Looks to be Yamaha DT2-MX powered, in a after market chassis with fibreglass bodywork.Looks interesting although I think the flat tracker in the brochure looks better.

The Powerdyne was a bit of a combo. The frame was made in America using Mexican Betor suspension and Yamaha wheels. The engine was a Taiwanese Yamaha DT2 250/360 copy. I know of one in Australia that was imported back in the early nineties.
