YZA and B tank straps
« on: March 20, 2010, 08:11:34 am »
I have just had made some tank straps with the correct type of retainers made out of stainless wire. Will fit YZ125 Aand B, YZ250/360 A and B. This is the closest you will get to original without the price tag, 4 sets of each, first in bessed dressed!. $85 per set plus p&p.... approax $7. Getting the rectangle retainer for the front mount made was a pain in the arse so if you think you can do it cheaper go for it . PM me or ring 0412747729. Cheers John.

Davey,

Did you hear your namesake Fess Parker, the original Davy Crocket passed away this week.

Bloody ugly tank straps, should stick with Suzuki's ha ha just joking. Good on ya John, keeping the old girls going.

the 125 ones are about 80mm shorter on the back strap, so if you going to use them on the 125 just unpick the velco and move em both back 80mm and cut it off, other wise you have a big flap at the return loop end.
found out when i got my 125 mixed up with the 250 and for the life of me couldnt figure out why it was all messed up.............
an hour of my life ill never get back
