Yes I own one.The mighty 125X 1981 argubaly the best RM ever made.
Great bike to ride has some bottom end power unlike the 125E I also own or the horrible 125D model I once owned.
What do you want to know?.

Most of the parts for these beauties are available ex Suzuki remember that a lot interchange with the 250 and 465 plus the 125 Z and D models. Is you bike an 1981 125 X? -does it have a reed cage on the outside of the cylinderl?,if not its an X (case reed) the 1982 Z and D had the reeds on the outside of the cylinder. Also the D (1983 model ) had yellow fork legs.
Cheers mate

I'll NEVER forget the first time I rode an RM125X.  One of the few really vivid memories from the old days, because the bike was SO much better than anything else I had ridden to that point. ;)

I have some chasis bits and pieces available if you need anything, no motor stuff.

Go to your mate , Graeme Boyd Suzuki, surprisingly, he gets the parts in including all linkage bearings/seals/bushes from suzuki extremely quick and very well priced I hate to say, might even be able to supply parts for old TM's that are slowly rusting away quic i mean Lozza:P

Ah yes Rossco that's an old trick for making heavy Japanese steel parts as light as their Teutonic counterparts without actually doing any work ;D  I don't need any of Boydies bits & pieces I just look on my shed floor for those! :-X
So case reed = X barrel reed = later Hmm what were they thinking there. Will be getting a look at the beasty  soon enough. Thanks fellas and I migh be in touch Dodgee.

All balls can supply swing arm bearing kits for the 125/250/465-500 but not the spherical bearings for the shock and linkage, have to go OEM for them, they are not cheap, thats all I need to finish my RM250D

RED DEVIL RACING (MAGOO) CAN SUPPLY THE ALL BALLS KITS at a Reasonable price.
