Nathan SL100 has two down tubes on front of frame. I think the SL125 has one down tube at the front.

SL125 /100 use same frame OK. 100 has 19F /17R  inch wheels  125 has 21F/ 18R .  both have different shaped metal mud guards.  Later XL  CT CB CL 100 and 125 fit in, but you may have to swap sides and invert the front engine mounts from the early models ,and it all matchs up. Single downtube frames are Agi CTs and later XLs All "SL "100 /  125s have twin down tubes. .........Chinese upright motors fit   ;)...... OK.  and yes CB500/4 pistons do fit so buy a 500/4 big bore kit and have 4 x150cc sets.  ::) Tim

I have an early effort of what you spoke Freaky... Gave the front end (XL350) to Tony T recently. yes the 500/4 was made to fit in the 125 frame, was to flimsy so rebuilt with hybrid 550/4 Sl125 mix .both were solos.... and truly awful.... and a prick to make a set of headers and pipe! Those days seem to be over now for me so try some ideas yourself , it occansionly is worth the pain. Tim
