A rather unfortunate choice of words I would have though. Even for the naive 60's . Notwithstanding I wouldn't mind one to cruise the country back roads on .

Interesting to note they claim a Chrome-Moly steel frame.

Nortons big P11 desert racer was advertised in the USA as "Dynamite on Wheels" in 1967 and came with an Atlas 750cc engine in a Matchless G85CS frame.
The one pictured has a front end and aluminum petrol tank from something more modern along with a BSA/Triumph conical rear wheel.

actually G85CS is matchless speak for machined front drum(no fins),forks are either roadholders,or matchless compy forks,the rear hub is a magnesium conical off their G50 roadracer,the tanks just a basic compy tank,(made by Lyta in lightweight aluminium for matchless),& i wouldn't be surprised if the frame is indeed crome moly!,(everyone had a good giggle at beezer for using titanium??)
