We had talked about it earlier and thought it was jumpable even though most of us couldn't and no one was doing it. Heffo said he would give it a go if he wasn't under pressure. He had a good lead in the last race and that's why Dave is giving him the wind up.
He was the only one of the Amateurs to jump it on Saturday. Come Sunday with the Pro's and they were all doing it.



Great shot there Geoff. Yer good on Heffo for giving it a go.It was a nasty outcome if you didnt make it.These days the second jump is usually lower and rounded off.Not this one.Did nt Heffo crash on the Sunday?On it?

The amateurs weren’t supposed to be able to ride with the Pro's but somehow Heffo talked his way in to race with the Pro's on Sunday, typical Heffo.
I remember he only just qualified by the skin of his teeth, but I don't remember what happened to him in the race, I was too busy taking in the real guys.
