mmm..my perceptions on smoking, correct diet, exercise and a healthy lifestyle have changed in the past 10 or so years, nowdays it's more like damned if ya do and damned if ya don't obviously it can't be that great for you but coming from a reformed smoker, I still don't notice any difference

Give the fags up, I smoked 40 a day for 20 years then I got Ziban Tablets from my doctor and with in 4 days I had given up and still have more than 10 years on.
The good thing is that Ziban are also anti depresants so you give up with a smile on your face.
Side affects are you can only drink a small amout on them other wise you will be very sick, I could drink 8 stubbies before I would get crook.

ps A old friend of mine told me that the first 10 years are the hardest and he was right.

on ya Doc  you'll smell heaps better    one of the reason I gave up after smoking from 13 to 39.Child telling you that you stink.

I believe there are two reason for smoking first is the drug addiction and the second is boredom/ contemplating..the hours spent smoking is astronomical.Like getting hooked on a forum 
I still hang out for one, even though the smell I can no longer tolerate,So I just eat more food
