Nice old pics there Slides. Who, where and when? Good to see some action on here. We are slowly
creeping towards page 100. C'mon Foss, I know you have some pics ;)

The first pic is at Londonderry near Penrith in 68.
2 is Billy McDonald on my fathers Elstar 350 BSA and 70 is Trvor Hunter on a Hagon Grasstracker 500 JAP.
The second pic is at Nepean in 70.
2 is brother Carl on the same Elstar BSA and 41 is BWP clubman Barry Ellams on a 250 Pursang.
The same Elstar I'm currently restoring.

Hey Steve, are you sure that's Londonderry? I could be wrong but I don't remember there being any open areas around the edge of the track like that. The only left hand sweeper like that one was, again from memory, onto the main straight. Could it be Arcadia perhaps? Great photos. I'll have to make a point of going to see KF and post some of his up.
Pete.

Tivoli, Mid 70's sometime.

Must be 1976 or later, because the new ACUQ headquarters building is in the background of some of the others from this meeting, and that was opened in 1976?

Ripper photo that. Bike wise,.. the old  vs the new. On the outside a mk1 hagon JAP 500
On the inside a Godden Weslake 500 with what might be a 22'' rear wheel ?
Great stuff.     regards  Mark

Sorry for the delay in a reply Yamaico Pete and hope all's well?.
No I'm not sure it's Londonderry and I'm happy to be proved wrong.
I think you need to make a visit to Fraz a priority, he's always been my fave of all non BWP riders and I'd almost kill to see some of his memorabilia.
Billy on a Wessy, first time I've seen that.

All good Steve.
Maybe Foss or Pancho could shed some light on which track it was. I only rode Arcadia once and that was 1972, so it's a bit foggy.
I'm working O/S at the moment but I will make a point of going to see Kevin as soon as I get home.
I reckon that might be the MSM that Billy is on coming on to the straight at Tivoli.
