I buy blanks from Titmans (see Daves post above) and drill 'em to suit. Cheaper and better than many of the name brands.

yes. About 12 months back, there were several magazine stories about how they'd closed the doors.
I rang a month later, and was assured that the were definitely still open! Their biggest problem at the time was that BHP hadn't made a batch of the steel they use, and were running low on some sizes pf sprocket blanks - hardly the same as closing down!

Also, I highly recommend their products whenever lifespan is an issue. They also sell chains at very good prices when you buy sprockets from them. ;)
The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.

They also make brake discs too. I found it impossible to find an aftermarket disc for a 85 YZ250 ( if someone knows one, let me know) so got chain gang to make a disc.

My Brother ran a set of Chaingang sprockets on a YZ125 for enduros about 10 years ago...  They were very, very long wearing, but brittle...  He had to replace them not because of wear, but because a couple of teeth broke off after clipping a rock.
But as I said, that was 10 years ago - may be different now.

I know a place that will waterjet cut sprockets from any material. Will have the central hole and bolt holes done as well ..........at prices that would keep Titman's awake.Ditto the disc. ;)

I bought a blank sprocket from the ChainGang and took it down to the local Machinist and got the holes cut to suit the Hodaka. All up cost about$170  :-[. Now I find out that they have the same sprockets as the Yz250b ::) Darcy
I might not be winning,But I'll be grinning

PM  YAMNUT who's just joined....look in the for sale section with the cr sprockets.
After chasing an 59T RM125C rear sprocket for ages here and the US....1 reply out of god knows how many emails....Yamnut had a few steel 57T C model sprockets for the same prices as those CR sprockets.
He is sorting out what he's got and may have what you want....give him a part number and he'll get back to you.
Great to deal with him and i told him to join up here to help him offload some stock.

Firko - how difficult are they to drill yourself - do you 'just' mark them out and use your drill press.  Can Titmans do that for an extra cost.  And Lozza can you elaborate please.

Thanks
PS allow rear for a TM125
