New YZ Rebuild

Friend of mine just finished this one, already have a little more billet for the HL on order.

Thanks for sharing with us, excuse the Yamaha ignorance but is it a 400F ?
It is a cool build  8) built with imagination and some cool aftermarket stuff and bling (shit i hate that word )but may i ask in a totaly non piss taking everso PC nice way without wishing to cause any offence why the multi colour scheme  ???

Cmon Bill I seem to remember you being the former proud owner of a YZ400. Yes I believe it is F but it is heavily disguised.

The hubs apparrently are a bit of nostalgia based on what guys were doing to their bikes in the golden years of MX. In fact maybe thats where the Marlborogh Yamaha drew their inspiration for the fluro bikes from.

Where? Lithuania?
The poor bugger had the right idea with his 'dare to be different' slant on a boring white plastic bike but sadly he didn't know when to stop. Black or blasted hubs, a less in your face gold on the swingarm and a few less stickers and it'd be a pretty neat bike.

79 400 F with later model forks and front brakes.
