They had a stand at the Coffs Nationals. They are the absolute ducks guts. 2 problems, they aint cheap and you'd need an F250 to tow it. I'd love one. If I was a Western Australian mine worker I'd buy one in a pinch.

If I was a mine worker I'd buy 12 and rent them out at $1000 a week (as most miners in W.A will tell you, THAT'S CHEAP!!)

Checked the one on display at Coffs and really nicely finished unit with all the mod cons. Only problem I thought of is if you pull up in the middle of the night fully loaded with say three bikes, heaps of gear stashed in the back, how do you just roll into bed when your deadset rooted from full days driving without having to unload all your gear, maybe i missed something

What was the price on one?  I cant find any?

It looks like the rear can be all stashed with gear just roll out the bed section at the front and away you go pushing out zzzz's - unload the bikes from the other end in the morning?

That's a awful lot of nights in a motel  .

Other than a 'display of wealth' I can't see the point. May be if you were chasing the ARRC and used it 12 times a year and slept in it 50+ times there might be value.

If you have an F250, put the bikes in the ute and tow a conventional caravan.

reckon your better off buying a winibago and hiring it out when not in use, or get a pantec and build in a accomadtion quarter and still have room on the back for a bike or 4 .

As mentioned above in some models after a big day driving etc the bikes have to come out and the beds go done,not so good at $50k.

I agree but looking at the photos (and the guys who have seen one will know better) it appears that one end is the bike storage area - and additional single fold downs - while at the other end is the double bed setup with extras there also - so shouldn't be a drama - leave the bikes locked up inside with you.

Couldn't think of anything better actually???

The wages in Sth West Sydney for miners-although I hear Bruce has still been drilling for vegemite for the price of a beer -may not be the same as his WA brothers,but car pooling could be an option.Then,in the off season after a suitable disinfection protocol has been performed it could be hired out to unsuspecting grey nomads for the summer months.
