Hi Mark, yeah its good....my swingarm is HPC nickel coated and hopefully is in the mail this week.

Probably need to adjust the back of the tank up etc but can do that easily. Thats the problem with fitting 450RB seat to 1996 sub frame.  ;D

There are millions of dollars worth going on in that workshop.... which is why there is no mess. Japanese OEM factories have no mess, its a national obsession that I share  ;).

I am one of the company directors in joint venture company, I am responsible for business operations. Operations has 4 large workshops and an automated spare parts center. We produce and service Turbochargers for engines from 1500 KW to 80 000+ KW.

The dirt bike part is what I do on the weekends.....lucky to have access to a decent shed

That is why Japanese mechanics wear those white cotton gloves-to keep the broom handle clean!

No they wear them to protect their hands so nobody mistakes them for a manual laborer outside of work, which is why the service guys wear suits and ties to and from work. Personally I think cotton gloves are a gift from god, would have saved my hands from looking like a bare knuckle boxers.

In more than 9000 jobs only 3 came back, and they were for minor things.....blowing one up can cost 500 grand so we run a tight ship.

Not sure how the average Australian would respond to our work environment, work starts at 7.30 and finishes at 7-8pm, but the keen ones stay quite a bit later. ;D Oh and at the shipyard you have to show up 15 minutes early for morning exercises.  ;D
