Kayaba fork bushes

Is there a supplier for fork bushes to suit conventional 43mm Kayaba forks??

I need the lower (inner) bushes ...size: 44mm OD x 20 height x 1mm thick.

I can only find 43mm, 43.5 and 44.5mm....I definately measure mine at 44mm.( I think the other sizes are for late model stuff)

Application is '85 KX , YZ.

I just had a looky through a few aftermarket catalogues (Link and MCS) sadly none listed these model bushes..maybe ask Walter from YSS very nicely and he maybe able to help  I also did a quick search of Kawasaki 85 KX500 part #92028-1145 Bush is showing (superceeded from #92028-1553 and #92028-1581)..maybe still available new ??

We have done those forks before and made special bushes.
But with all those sort of restauration jobs , we would need the forks to make all parts and allow for any excessive wear and tolerances. So , we could not even quote before seeing the forks. I am not trying to drum up buisiness, we only covering ourselfs taking on love jobs and then open a can of worms.I hope you understand.

get your yamaha dealer to look up bottom fork bushes for a yz 465  or yz 490 80 to 83 modle had 43 mm forks just put some in the yz 250 myself and they still have 10 in stk try this number 4v4-23171-LO-00 cheers BONEHEAD
