Can you use moose tubes in a sidecar or do you need to run high pressure to keep the tyre on the rim

Hey Oddy, what's with the mousse tubes, are you having problems with flats or what.
If it's the sidecar tyre, put at least 40psi in it or it will roll off the rim and watch which tread pattern you use. Too much grip is not good on the side.
